This work is grounded spiritual guidance combined with embodied energy work and ethical ritual to identify and remove what does not belong — and return you to yourself.
When Awakening Begins, Everything Can Feel Unsteady
Spiritual awakening is not always love and light. In fact, it’s a very bumpy rollercoaster ride with never ending loops and drops.
For many people, it begins with disorientation — emotional intensity, intrusive thoughts, exhaustion, sudden shifts in perception, or a feeling that something is “off” that’s hard to explain.
And then your life starts to unravel.
Everything you thought you knew about yourself, your relationships, your beliefs, even reality itself, suddenly feels as if it’s all a lie. Like the rug has been ripped out from underneath you. What once felt solid no longer holds. You may feel like you’re losing your grip, questioning your sanity, or unable to talk about what you’re experiencing without being misunderstood and labelled as crazy.
This does not mean something is wrong with you. It means you’re awakening and finally learning the truth.
As things open up, everything gets louder. Your body feels it. Old patterns come back up. Your nervous system is doing it’s best to keep up with something it’s never navigated before. Without real grounding and support, this phase can feel overwhelming instead of expansive.
These sessions are a place where your voice is actually heard. There is no judgment here, no minimizing, and no dismissing of your lived experience. You’re allowed to unravel. You’re allowed to speak openly about what you’re experiencing — even the parts you’ve been afraid to say out loud.
I’ve already walked through this process myself. Well, it was more of a stumble of someone who’s had too much to drink because I had zero guidance. I know how disorienting it can be when everything starts to fall apart at once and nothing feels familiar anymore. The work here is about clearing what doesn’t belong to you, settling your nervous system, and helping you come back into your own authority — grounded, supported, and intact.
What Spiritual Guidance & Energy work Is
These sessions are a blend of intuitive energy healing, grounded spiritual guidance, and energetic clearing — guided entirely by what is present in your field.
I do not tell you what to believe.
I do not direct your life.
I do not override your intuition.
My role is to sense where your energy is holding pain, distortion, interference, or depletion — and work there to restore clarity, containment, and flow so your system can recalibrate.
Some sessions are quiet and deeply somatic.
Some involve conversation and reflection.
Some focus on energetic clearing and protection.
Every session is different, because your energy leads.
How I Work
I am a physical intuitive empath, which means I experience emotional and physical sensations in my own body as I read your energy. This allows me to feel where pain is stored, where energy is blocked, and where interference may be present — often before it is consciously recognized.
I use this energetic sensing to guide the session:
- identifying where energy is trapped or distorted
- clearing what does not belong in your field
- restoring balance, grounding, and containment
- shield the energetic field to help stabilize and protect the work after the session
When appropriate, I also use energy and tools for ritual work to undo any spell work that has been cast on the client.

Format: Online via Google Meet
Duration: 90 minutes
Investment: $222 CAD
During your session, we will work intuitively with your energy to identify areas of interference, clear blocks, and restore alignment. You’ll have space to share openly about your experiences, ask questions, and receive guidance. Each session is tailored to your current energy and what is showing up in your field.
After booking, you’ll receive an intake form via email to help me understand what’s happening for you and to give consent for energetic work.
