2. Shipping Costs:
   • Shipping costs are determined by product size, weight and destination.
3. Processing Time:
   • We require a 2-5 day processing time on all orders before shipping.
4. Delivery Time:
   • Delivery times are based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
5. Shipping Restrictions:
   • We ship within Canada, the United States and internationally. You are responsible for any duty charges you may get when your package arrives.
6. Tracking Orders:
   • After the order is placed, customers will receive an email with tracking information.
7. Shipping Notifications:
   • Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive an email that the order has shipped and then will be able to track the order.
8. Lost or Damaged Items:
   • Once the order has shipped, Divina Anima is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Insurance is purchased for all packages, please contact the mail carrier for any lost packages. We insure that all items being packed are wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the item. All items are shipped in a bubble lined envelope. Boxes may be used for larger/heavier crystals.
9. Returns and Exchanges:
   • If customers need to return or exchange an item, customer is responsible for any shipping cost. Refer to Refund and Returns Policy
