Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Chakra Herbal Blends, Herbal Bath Blends, Herbal Tea Blends and any salve.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All services, packages, and containers provided by Divina Anima/Trina Veland are non-refundable.

Due to the energetic, spiritual, and personalized nature of this work, no refunds are offered once a session, package, or container has been purchased, regardless of whether the service has been completed.

Please ensure you feel clear, aligned, and ready before completing your purchase.

SESSION RESCHEDULING

Sessions may be rescheduled if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.

This applies to all offerings, including energy healing sessions, spiritual guidance and energy work sessions, animal Reiki sessions, and sessions within containers.

STOPPED OR INTERRUPTED SESSIONS

In rare circumstances where a session must be stopped or interrupted, the following applies:

If a session is stopped due to client behavior that is inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful, no refund will be issued and the session will be considered complete.

If a session must be stopped for energetic, safety, or situational reasons outside of the client’s control, the session may be rescheduled at the practitioner’s discretion.

ANIMAL REIKI SESSIONS & PACKAGES

Animal Reiki sessions are non-refundable once purchased.

If an animal chooses not to participate in a session, the session will be rescheduled for another date at no additional cost.

If a session must be stopped due to aggressive behavior from the animal or inappropriate behavior from the owner, no refund will be issued and the session will be considered complete.

This applies to both single Animal Reiki sessions and Animal Reiki packages.

CONTAINERS

All containers, including The Initiation and The Becoming, are non-refundable once purchased.

Containers require energetic commitment and personal responsibility. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions, early withdrawal, or changes in personal circumstances.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@divinaanima.com and send your item to: Divina Anima, PO Box 20065, Burlington RPO Brant Hills, Burlington, ON, L7P 0A4.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
