Animal Reiki can be done fully remotely while still honoring your animal’s agency and allowing them to engage with the energy in their own way.

How Distance Sessions Work:

• We begin with a short check-in over Google Meet with cameras and mics on. You are welcome to share anything about your animal — behaviors, symptoms, or general concerns — but this is entirely optional. The session itself does not depend on this information, as your animal chooses how they engage.
• During the session, both cameras and mics are turned off so I can meditate and work with their energy uninterrupted. Your animal determines how they take in the session, and you may quietly observe if you’d like. Your presence can help them relax and receive the energy more fully, and you can open your eyes occasionally to check in on how they are responding.
• This approach respects your animal’s autonomy and ensures the session meets them exactly where they are, without interference or expectation.
• The session itself will last around 40-45 mins. There will be time afterward to share what I felt, what arose, and how your animal responded to the energy

In-home Animal Reiki sessions are for those who prefer an in-person experience. In-home sessions can be helpful if your animal benefits from direct observation, or if you would like me to see how they interact in their natural environment. These sessions are for those in the Burlington, ON and surrounding area within 20km.

In the Animal Reiki sessions, there is no hands-on contact unless the animal chooses to enter the space physically on their own terms. This approach respects their natural instincts and personal comfort levels, allowing them to make the decisions themselves. Reiki energy flows whether they’re nearby or at a distance, so animals are free to engage with the session as they feel comfortable. This gentle, non-invasive process is designed to help them relax and experience healing entirely at their own pace and preference.

Animal Reiki isn’t just for those suffering from any type of illness or dis-ease. Every animal can benefit to maintain energetic balance and overall health. Think of it like a spa day for you animal!

Please note the session will run from 35-40 mins, the extra time accounts for preparing for the session and for discussion after the session has concluded. The session may also go over the time stated, so please allow for 1 hour in total.

During a session, your animal may:

• Relax deeply or fall asleep
• Show subtle or noticeable shifts in posture, breathing, or behavior

• May drink water or eat their food
• They may start to play with some toys
